1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching is just that, “coaching”. You’re not just buying a generic meal plan – I’m here to guide you though the entire process!

The 1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching programme is a process of education, learning and, basically, me being here for you to help you through the entire process.

That said, we’ve all heard the saying, “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”. This is exactly the same with any kind of personal development endeavour – I can’t do the work for you, but I can give you 20 years worth of experience, working with hundreds of clients, to give you as many options and as much support as possible to make it work for you.

You’ll need to work hard, and understand that anything worthwhile is going to take effort and a positive, focused mindset.

I’ll be on hand, every day via WhatsApp, to help you achieve your goals and navigate the inevitable barriers and ups and downs. We also have a nutrition group on WhatsApp, where some of our most successful clients will help you with tips, ideas and support.

I’m not just going to give you a meal plan because, what’s the point in me telling you to have salmon for breakfast on Wednesday when you might want something completely different. There’s no flexibility in that, you don’t learn anything, and it’s not sustainable beyond a few weeks!

What we’ll do is work together to set some goals that are appropriate for you, help you to understand and apply the principles that will get you to where you want to be and, ultimately, help you sustain it for the rest of your life!

The 1-2-1 Nutrition Coaching programme has 4 stages:

Stage 1 – Set up & Progress

  • Goal setting – Helping you to see the possibilities and decide on a target 
  • Quantitative targets – Working together to make a plan to get there
  • Establishing habits 
  • Initial progress

Stage 2 – Goal attainment and maintenance

  • Making progress towards goal
  • Share your journey and get tips from the 1-2-1 nutrition coaching community
  • Adjusting quantitative targets where needed
  • Understanding what should be happening versus what is happening
  • Putting “bad” days in context
  • Learning what works for you
  • Refining goals if needed
  • Navigating lifestyle events (holidays, birthdays, Christmas etc)
  • Maintaining results over medium term

Stage 3 – Reset

  • Quantitative targets to ensure long-term maintenance of results.
  • Qualitative targets to ensure key lifetime nutritional considerations are factored in

Stage 4 – Ongoing Support

  • Continued check-ins if needed
  • Q&A if needed
  • Help if/when needed
  • Psychological support
